Shining Starz Anniversary!!
Wow, what a special year it has been!! Shining Starz is completing its very successful Eighth year of operation and we would like to say a big thank you to all our dear families for believing in us. We take pride in providing top quality education and care and we are thrilled to be a part of our little Starz learning journey. It is time to celebrate and we have got some very exciting activities planned for our Starz!

Mother's Day
Mum's are truly special! We are ecstatic to have Mother's day celebrations at Shining Starz to show our appreciation for Mums for their endless love and support.
Merry Christmas
The festive season is upon us and it is time to have our grand Christmas celebrations! Plenty of fun activities and surprises are in store for our little Starz. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
Recycling week
Celebrating ‘Recycling week’ from 7th-11th November to promote the eco-friendly habits of Reducing, Reusing and Recycling to support children’s learning about sustainable practices.
Cultural Day
To promote our children’s awareness and respect for diversity, we are celebrating ‘Cultural Day’ at Shining Starz on Friday, 28th October.

Dogwise Kiwi Kids
Dogwise Kiwi Kids visits Shining Starz with BARK NZ.
The programme describes and demonstrates safe ways to behave when around dogs and when approaching or being approached by a dog as well as what the warning signs are for different situations and environments.
Father's Day
We are celebrating Father's Day at Shining Starz on Wednesday 31st August 2016 to show our appreciation for Fathers and Father figures.​
